5.1 The authority may formulate a physical development plan to fulfill any or all of the following objectives for the physical development of Kathmandu Valley:- 5.1.1 Kathmandu Valley is one of Nepal ………… Developing as a major administrative, tourism, cultural and economic center, 5.1.2 Rebuilding, expanding and developing the city and building a new city, 5.1.3 Determining the land use area for physical development To do, 5.1.4 To provide necessary service facilities to the public, 5.1.5 To do other works related to the above mentioned works. 5.2 The physical development plan prepared by the authority as per subsection 5.1 shall be approved by the Government of Nepal. 5.3 According to subsection 5.2, the physical development plan approved by the Government of Nepal will be implemented by the authority.
